- Indirect technique uses ready-made Inlay/ Onlay fills prepared in a laboratory (porcelain, gold, composites).
- It is the best way to reconstruct missing tooth tissue.
- Inlay and onlay fills are durable, aesthetic and friction-resistant.
- As a result of the precise reconstruction of its anatomic shape, a reconstructed tooth looks natural and is fully functional.
- An average durability of the fill is about 5-7 years, while Inlay-Onlay fill lasts up to 10 years.
It’s the dentist’s decision to choose the best type of filling. Filling takes between 15 minutes to 1 hour. We strive to make the filling tight and well rounded (perfectly matching a patient’s occlusion).
